Is there a cost to host a machine at my site?
No. We supply and install the machine at no cost to you. We make our money when people use it — if it's not being used, it's not costing you anything either.
How do you know when to restock?
Our machines are remotely monitored in real time — we can see stock levels and sales trends from wherever we are. Our team comes through on a regular schedule tuned to how your site actually uses the machine, refills what's moving, swaps out what isn't, and handles the whole thing without you having to send us a message. Set and forget, genuinely.
How much space does a machine need?
Roughly the footprint of a fridge, give or take. We'll confirm exact dimensions during the free site assessment and work with the space you have.
What about power?
A standard power point is all we need. Machines are energy efficient and stay on 24/7 so stock is always cold/fresh.
Can I choose what's in the machine?
Absolutely — we'll tailor the product mix to suit your site. Snacks, drinks, combo, healthier options. If something's not moving, we swap it. If people ask for something specific, we source it.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
Call us. We'll get someone out to fix it ASAP. Because we service the machines ourselves, there's no third-party tech in Melbourne we're waiting on.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No lock-in contracts. Our arrangement is simple — if we're not serving your site well, we'll take the machine back. We'd rather earn our spot every month than hold anyone to paperwork.
Do you take cash or card?
Our machines are cashless — contactless cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and mobile payments all work. That's how most people prefer to pay now, and it means no fumbling for coins.
Are you actually based in Tasmania?
Yes — we live here, in southern Tasmania. You can meet us, drop into one of the sites we service, or just give us a call and hear a local voice. You might even see us (and the kids) restocking the machines on a Saturday morning.
